Tanami Toadlet

Uperoleia micromeles

A small (to 3 cm) squat species with a wide snout and very short limbs. The skin is smooth, the toes have only a small amount of webbing and the metatarsal tubercles are large. The colouration is dark brown and the parotid glands have a light stippling of gold. The belly is white.
