In addition to our extensive exhibitions and events calendar, we also regularly host clubs and regular events.
Every 10.30am on Tuesdays throughout school terms, join us for a short talk and discussion on many different aspects of life in Albany and around the region.
Launched in 2011, this group is for kids who have a keen interest in nature. Every month there are fun activities and adventures planned to get in touch with the natural world.

Please be aware that the Museum of the Great Southern does not have cloaking facilities or bag storage areas. As a consequence, luggage and bags should not be taken into the Museum.

The Museum is central located in Albany and easily accessible by walkers and cyclists using Albany’s extensive network of Share Paths. The Albany TravelSmart Map which shows all the available paths.
